[WOE/BG] Full Support Soul Linker

Soullinkers are non-trans classes that are very beneficial to a WoEing guild or a BG team. Proper usage of linking spells can provide great difference in a clash. Fast and consistent casting of Ka-spells can provide the split second window for victory in a team. Like other support class, the build will focus on 149-150 dex and 190 atk spd.
